My personal training philosophy is all about setting you up with the tools and knowledge to live the rest of your life with your fitness goals firmly under your control. I hate short term fad exercise and diet options that will provide you with superfical results straight away. All they teach you is that starvation is the secret to quick weight loss. No suprises there! What about infommerical equipment that promises you amazing results in just 3 days! If it was that easy, then why haven't we all already done it and why aren't we all looking like they do in the ads?
We don't because real results do take time and they do require a consistent effort with a gradual step up over time as your body adapts to a given level of fitness. That said, it doesn't need to mean that the time you spend getting these result can't be a fun, rewarding and a positive experience.
When you choose to train with me in either a 1 on 1 or Buddy Fitness training session, you can be guaranteed that my sole interest is in setting you up with a lifestyle you can live with for the rest of your life. I will provide you with all the motivation, direction and support you'll need so you will put in the extra 10% or 20% when needed (or don't put it in as the case may indeed be). You will realize your dreams. You can also be sure you'll have a whole heap of fun and experience a variety of different exercises, challenging you with every session.

With 1 on 1 Fitness Training and Buddy Fitness Training you will be guided and wil recieve the following:
- An individualised program that you can do at home by yourself or with friends if you are participating in Buddy Fitness training
- Helping you plan your week with your exercise schedule ensuring you make it a priority and something that you must do to ensure you get results
- Help you to set your goals and hold you accountable
- Guide you through any nutritional changes you may need to make, providing you with tip sheets as you may need them
- Provide you wiht fun, varied and challenging workouts that will ensure you get fantastic results
- At the start of our training we will do your measurements and body fat, so we have a record of where you started and every 4 weeks we will re do them to see what changes have been happening
- Every 6 weeks you will get a new personalised at home program
- I will motivate you to see that you deserve to be the most amazing, strong, healthy, fit and beautiful women you can be!
- Regular goal setting sessions will also help to move you forward from old achievments to new ambitions!

"I'm into my fourth year of training with Fiona . I am 56 years old. I attend weekly half hour sessions with her and enjoy doing so. We have lots of fun. Fiona interacts well with all ages and shows a great deal of respect for her clients. While at times it must be frustrating for her to watch me struggle to complete the tasks she sets she is always so professional and encouraging. She breaks down each exercise to allow me suceed with small steps. I admire her ability to refrain from laughing when I must look really silly!
