PTFit Group Fitness Circuits

PTFit FitnPTFit Group Fitness Circuitsess circuits are women only groups that run throughout the week. They are a fantastic & flexible way to get fit, lose weight and tone up. Plus you get the all the benefits of working with a personal trainer while sharing the costs with a small number of other likeminded women. PTFit Fitness Circuits are both motivating and original. They run in a relaxed, social and extremely fun and non-intimidating environment with new and old members blending in, so you can be rest assured you won't fell uncomfortable at your first session. Contunially changing circuits avoid boredom and ensure you will always be challenged. You will train using equipment such as dumpbells, swissballs, medicine balls, skipping ropes and the best of all, your own body weight.

The circuits are designed for women by "me",  a woman, and are great for all fitness levels as you can tone them down until you are ready to push yourself to the next level.  If the circuit calls for running between each station, you can walk, or you can reduce the number of repititions you do at each station. Remember though this is just temporary until you get your fitness levels up.  Your trainer will keep a close eye on you to make sure you are always reaching your full potential and not underestimating your own abilities!PTFit Group Fitness Circuits

WHEN ARE THEY: 

  • Mondays-5.15pm - 6.15pm & 6:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Tuesday-6:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Wednesday-5:00pm to 6:00pm & 6:30pm to 7:30pm
  • Saturdays-8:00am to 9:00am & 9.10am to 10:10am

WHERE ARE THEY: 

Over the warmer months we train outdorrs in Hagely Park & during the cooler months we train indoors.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
